How fast is it to set up?
It takes 15 mins to set up!
How durable is the tub?
Very! It’s made from a military grade material called (drop stitch) the same used for Inflatable boards and boats.

What is the maximum and minimum temperature does it reach?
You can control the temperature from 3c to 42c. By pressing the S button on the chillers screen wait for 2sec until the set temperature blinks then you can adjust the temperature by pressing the up and down arrows located on the screen.
How long it takes to cool down or heat up the water?
It goes from 28c to 8c in 4 hours and faster if used to heat the water. Once you’ve reached to the desired temperature the chiller maintains the temperature.
How light is it to carry both the tub and chiller?
The tub weighs 13kgs and the draggable Chiller 30kgs.
Can we place Chilingling Indoor or outdoor?
Yes, but if you are going to place it outdoors in the summer its highly recommend having it under a shaded area.
What’s the warranty?
2 years for the tub and 1 year for the chiller.
